What we collect and why

When you send the call-back form we receive your name, phone number, postcode, the type of job and any details you add. We use them only to contact you about your enquiry, give you a price and carry out the work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we use your number and messages in the same way.

We keep enquiry details for up to [12 months] if you do not book, and job records for as long as the law requires us to (for example gas safety records and accounts).

We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission. Form messages are delivered by email through Google (Gmail), and the website is hosted on a server in [the UK/EU].

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This website uses:

• Necessary cookies (always on): a session cookie and a security token (XSRF-TOKEN) that keep the contact form working and protect it from abuse. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again.
• Analytics cookies (only if you accept): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), which tells us which pages are visited, in a way that does not identify you.
• Advertising cookies (only if you accept): Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw), which tell us whether a call or enquiry came from one of our adverts.
